Approach

While each client engagement is unique, there are common elements to the arc of every engagement. We approach every client with the belief that you and your people are the experts of who you are and your system, to which we bring expertise in organizational theory; change and transition; and process design and facilitation. We believe it is our responsibility to create engagements that foster new ways of thinking and interacting, so that you, your team, and/or  your organization can create new possibilities to achieve your desired outcomes. Generally speaking, an experience with Eudaimonia Rising will include:

  • Through dialogue, we will gain a greater sense of your goals, why they are important, and how you understand your context. We will share our initial observations and begin to chart a path forward, sketching out potential approaches in partnership with you.

  • We will explore your context more deeply with you to refine our shared path forward. As a client, your focus is principally on content, but we will bring you into the creative process so you understand the purpose and potential outcomes of our approach. As we move forward, we will ask you, your team, and/or organization to enter unknown territory and explore possibilities with us. Together we will practice situational awareness, notice what is emerging, challenge assumptions, and make necessary shifts to allow the greatest potential solutions to arise. This is when the magic happens.

  • All things must end and as our engagement comes to a close, we will revisit your goals, progress, and learnings to ensure you feel equipped to continue your work. We will also take time for effective closure by sharing our own learnings and insights from our engagement with you. This is a time for reflection, renewed purpose, and celebration for deep work done well.
